Directions
Find a comfortable position and softly massage your tummy increasing circles clockwise around your belly button. Gently massage your breasts stroking in circles towards the nipples. Stroke up and down your thighs, up with your fingertips and down with the palm of your hand. You can use the same movements for your buttocks. Listen to your body and enjoy the extra care.
