Adults and Children 12 years and above: Dissolve 2 heaped teaspoons (10g) into 200 – 300mL of water, juice or milk of your choice. Recommended starting serve of 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) for the first 1 – 2 weeks. For maximum absorption, Vital All-In-One is best consumed 2 hours away from food. Do not heat or add to heated liquids, as it can affect the potency of the probiotics.
