Description

Magnesium is best absorbed in a bound form, so Organic Magnesium has been formulated to include Magnesium aspartate, Magnesium orotate and Magnesium amino acid chelate.

Organic forms are absorbed and utilised better than inorganic forms because they are presented to the body in a form which can be more readily and rapidly absorbed.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride 30mg (equiv. Vitamin B6 24.7mg)
Cholecalciferol 2.5mcg (equiv. Vitamin D3 100 IU)
Herbal extract equiv. to dry:
Fucus vesiculosis (Kelp) herb 25mg (equiv. Iodine 5mcg)

Directions
