Directions

Adults:
Take one or two tablets a day (with food) or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution:
Not recommended for use in pregnant or lactating women without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults should not be exceeded. Use only as directed and always read the label. Not to be used in children under two years of age without medical advice. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
