Biotin 100mcg
Chromium (as picolinate) 25mcg
Chromium (as Chromic chloride hexahydrate) 75mcg Magnesium (as amino acid chelate) 20mg
Manganese (as amino acid chelate) 7.5mg
Zinc (as amino acid chelate) 7.5mg

Herbal extracts equiv. to dry:
Cinnamon cassia (Cinnamon quills) Stem bark 1.5g
Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema) leaf 2.5g
(standardized to contain Gymnemic acid 62.5mg)
Ginkgo Biloba (Ginkgo) leaf 500mg
(standardised to contain Ginkgo flavonglycosides 2.4mg)
(standardised to contain Ginkgolides and Bilobalide 600mcg
Trigonella foenum-groecum (Fenugreek) seed 100mg
Tabletting aids

Contains No: Gluten, lactase, nuts, shellfish, sugar, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soy. No artificial flavours or preservatives. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly
Directions
Adults: Take 1-2 tablets daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Great product at an excellent price
Thompsons Glucose Manager 60 tabs has been really hard to get in Melbourne in the recent months. The few health food shops that usually carry it are often are out of stock. Been ordering TGM 60 from Return2Health since early last year and have never missed a delivery. I have been using TGM60 for the last 10 years to control my blood sugar levels and it's working great. Best natural product out there, if you don't want to go on pharma medications to control your blood sugar levels period!

Improving HbA1c Levels
My HbA1c levels have improved since taking Glucose Manager tablets and those levels have been maintained acceptable levels. That's what I am looking for.
