Directions
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) vegetable capsules, with at least 250ml (8 fluid ounces) of water daily.
All enzymes have a half life, so for best results it's important to administer your dose at equally spaced intervals throughout your day in lieu of taking all of your doses once daily.

Serrapure works
I bought serrapure after reading about the enzyme serrapeptase. Serrapure is exactly that - Pure, other formulations of serrapeptase have so many fillers but not Serrapure it only has beetroot powder and I am thrilled with the results. My lungs had [*Condition removed*] suffered over 20 years ago so I often had a wheeze and felt I could not breathe deeply. After only a week on serrapure my lungs were clearer, also have a cat with a wheeze and have started her on serrapure , she has improved

Good supplement
This is actually 2 capsules make up the 240000 but I find taking 1 capsule 3 times a day suits me which I combine with other enzymes for pain and stiffness in joint relief. No issues with any side effects and will purchases again. Return2Health provides great service all round from ordering to fast delivery, thank you.

High Potency for COPD
I've recently been diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis, and I'm waiting to take my first lung capacity test. As soon as I found out I had PF, I researched natural products to assist with the symptoms. I've been on recommended dosage of Serrapure for a month...although it is too early to tell, I'm hoping this product will have a positive affect on my lungs and enable me to live longer than expectations... along with regular exercise and eating non-inflammatory foods. And keeping a positive outlook.
I'm impressed also with the cost, being one of the more cheaper versions available.

Serrapeptase cleanses and thins blood
In october 2017 my husband had a heart attack and was rushed to hospital. He had a couple of arteries blocked and had 2 stent inserted. He was put on a number of medications and told to take it for life.
Upon discharge he started some chelation therapy and took serrapeptase and nattokinase to thin and cleanse the blood from the impurities being released in the blood by the chelation therapy.
The cardiologist was amazed at how well he is doing. The arteries have unclogged and the blood is not sticky. He said the quality was quite good. My husband did not tell him he is not taking aspirin and war in any more and that these results were obtained with Natto and Serrapetase and the chelation therapy. We are very pleased with the results.

All Round Beter Health
I initially ordered Serrapure for some hardening of breast capsule that developed a few years after breast augmentation. I'm into my second month, taking 240,000 SPU each morning around an hour before breakfast. I'm amazed at how much softer my breasts have already become! And as a bonus my lung capacity and energy levels during exercise have increased and my BP has dropped. Serrapure seems to target elements of my health that I didn't even start taking it for. What a great all round product. Thank you for your amazing delivery service too. Two days from NZ to my home town in Australia is awesome!
