Other Ingredients: Micro-crystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water and gellan gum) and ascorbyl palmitate.
Contains No: Dairy, Egg, Fish, Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Gluten, Soy, Sesame.
Directions
As needed, anytime, take 1 capsule before eating or drinking. Alternatively, as needed, take 1 capsule away from food or drink if wanting to support uterine comfort during the menstrual cycle, occasional nausea from pregnancy or healthy histamine levels in your digestive system. Capsules may be opened and sprinkled on a bite of food.
Caution: Consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if inner tamper seal is damaged. Histamine Digest is NOT EFFECTIVE for symptoms of immune-related (antibody- or IgE-related) food allergies, such as peanuts, shellfish, etc., or for gluten intolerance due to sensitivity or celiac disease.

God send
My mum has severe allergies with swelling on the tong and throat very dangerous...this has been the only thing in 40+ years of trying with a multiple specialist visits to help her live a normal life.....thank goodness I found the solution with Dr google.

A lifesaver
My husbands gut problems were disastrous and crippling, he was unable to go anywhere and rapidly losing weight. Gastro enterologists said nothing could be done and supplied scripts for squillions of [medication name removed], which did nothing anyway. Desperately consulting "Dr Google" he found a number of things that helped, Histamine Block being the most important. The condition is now manageable, he's put back the weight to normal, and can lead a normal life.

histamine blocker
I think this product works for me and would be worth trying for anyone with extensive allergy problems. Its not unusual for people to have low or no enzyme function causing health problems and enzymes decrease with age anyway.The only problem is that the instructions say take before eating histamine foods. Since the majority of food has histamine you would end up have 4-6 tablets a day. This would be financially impossible for most of us considering the cost.
I asked my Doctor if the medical system had anything similar but there wasn't anything she had heard of like it.

Definitely seemed to make a difference. Yay no more wine headaches.
I've also switched to preservative free wine at home so I use this when I am out. I do also take an antihistamine and I'm curious to know if that is counterproductive or not?

Histamine block was a lifesaver
My husband had leaky gut syndrome, incurable according to the gastro enterologist. 6 months of constant explosive diarrhoea led to severe weight loss and inability to go out. Thanks to "dr Google" he finally discovered histamine block which started him on the way to recovery. It controlled the symptoms when taken with several other supplements, and finally when combined with very broad spectrum probiotics of several kinds he now seems to be cured of the condition. There can be no more anti inflammatory pills for him, apparently they caused the problem.
