Website and Credit Card Security

Return2Health endeavour to provide a safe and secure platform on which to conduct online transactions. Our Website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol on the whole Website (not just the checkout) with 256-bit encryption, which encrypts your personal information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption prevents data from being intercepted between the browser and our Website ensuring privacy and security. Return2Health cannot be held responsible for any malware (malicious software) installed on your computer from some other source prior to visiting our Website, please ensure you have a current virus scanner installed on your PC for your own safety.

We use eWay and PayPal to process transactions, and we do not store credit card numbers anywhere on our Website server - the actual transactions go through their website and we get notified if the transaction was successful.


Online Security - SSL

Return2Health uses secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data transfer for strong encryption of all customer information.
Entering a secure area on our Website switches on a padlock (situated in the browser bottom status bar). In your address bar, you see 's' added to 'http' indicating encryption of data. This means personal data entered at our Website cannot be intercepted and read by a third party.

You have the right to ask us to delete any personal information such as Names, email addresses, physical and postal addresses or any information that personally identifies you.  We do not store credit cards on our website.  We can remove any personal information from our website ( remove personal information or delete an account ).  We can remove historical personally identifiable information from transactions on the website and in our accounting system and marketing systems but we can not remove the transactions themselves due to our accounting requirements by law.

Our Website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our Website.
