Product Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your first-time use of any product purchased from Return2Health ** Excluding Books & DVD's **, Contact us within 30 days from your initial purchase date to arrange for an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping charges) for returned product.  The purpose of this is to allow you experience the product , and you must have good reason for returning the product. We provide this at our cost in good faith , for customers who take unfair advantage of this , returns will not be accepted.

You must call or email Return2Health before returning any product for Authorisation.

To expedite the return, the original invoice and/or a copy of your order confirmation email should be included with the returned products sent to Return2Health (this includes all empty packaging for products you wish to receive a refund for).

After receiving the returned goods, the Return2Health will process an exchange or store credit.

 

Damaged Goods/Lost In Transit.

We will replace any damaged goods on the return of the product. All products are insured against loss or damage and you may be required to complete documentation for insurance purposes. Please note, if you choose "Authority to leave" (ATL), we cannot claim against the loss from the courier if the parcel goes missing. Selecting ATL is at your own risk. If you choose this option, we recommend giving instructions where the parcel should be left.

The delivery service is extremely reliable and we have very few (if any) problems with delivery.
