Description
B vitamins are essential nutrients important for aiding enzymes to carry out countless molecular conversions in the body. They are essential nutritional cofactors of energy production in the body and are also crucial for fat and protein metabolism as well as for the healthy functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of muscle tone in the gastrointestinal tract and the health of the skin, hair, eyes, mouth and liver.
All B vitamins are water-soluble, so they are not stored in the body in large quantities. In addition B vitamins are all sensitive to heat, light, processing, milling, preservatives and cooking. These factors, so common in the Western diet, deplete foods of these essential vitamins.
Vitamin B Complex supplementation may be necessary for:

Choline bitartrate - 50mg

PABA - 10mg
Folic acid - 300mcg
Biotin - 100mcg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) - 50mcg

Other Ingredients:
Cellulose capsule, magnesium stearate, silica.

100% vegetarian. No corn, egg, gluten, milk derivatives, nuts, salicylates, salt, soy, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours.

Directions

Recommended Dose:
One capsule daily, preferably with Breakfast.

Nice Vegetarian high B Complex
I gave these a 4 star because they have magnesium stearate and did not state if it was GMO-FREE however because it does not contain those ingredients that are usually GMO and the company told me that it is very unlikely that any ingredient is GMO. I am hoping for more info on this but in the meantime, I bought these for my 83year old mother and my 23year old daughter. My mother needed the extra B-100 because of her age and my daughter because her highly stressful days were starting to make her fatigued. They worked great on both of them and they have more energy and no nausea or tummy aches. However, I tried them and they gave me a headache because I obviously do not need such a strong or as usual I have a reaction to the mag stearate? We have to listen to our bodies! I will stay with my B-plus.Return2Health have some fantastic quality products at great prices and their customer service is top notch with a delivery service which is lightning fast Ha!Thank you very much!

Replacing former high quality product.
I had been taking a very high quality Vitamin B complex product for more years than I care to remember, but the source went out of production. These capsules have proven a perfect replacement and suitably affordable.

Used to support prescription meds for depression
Recommended by my naturopath as support for depression medication and to maintain my immune system. Some days I think it's helping, and others I'm not sure.............
