Better then cold medicine !!!
Within 3 doses - you can't even tell that I have a bad cold / sore throat anymore - even without the aid of anything else !!
If you stop taking it to soon - symptoms will come back .
I take a 1/2 tsp 3 times a day till I'm better .
If you don't take vitamins that have vitamin C in it - you might need a little more for better relief .

High dosage vitamin C rocks!
