Nature's Sunshine Vitamin A & D provides 3500 IU Vitamin A and 400 IU Vitamin D per capsule to support immune and glandular health.
Vitamins A and D work together synergistically and are both important for many processes in the body. Vitamin A is required for healthy vision and cellular growth as well as for skin and digestive health. Vitamin A is needed for the cells lining the respiratory, reproductive, digestive and urinary systems as well as other tissue linings within the body. Healthy lactation requires adequate vitamin A levels as does reproduction and steroid hormone production.
Like vitamin A, vitamin D is also a fat-soluble vitamin and it plays a key part in regulation and absorption of phosphorus and calcium as well as in the synthesis of protein in the body. Vitamin D is also needed for healthy kidney and nervous system function.
Together Vitamin A and Vitamin D support the immune and glandular systems as well as encouraging strong, healthy teeth and skin.

Vitamin A (Fish Oil, palmitate) 1050mcg (3500IU)
Vitamin D (Fish Oil) 10mcg (400IU)
Other ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerine, caramel colour, water), lemon oil.
Adults: Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.
Caution: If pregnant or planning a pregnancy, daily vitamin A intake should not exceed 3,000mcg (10,000IU). Quantities in excess of 10,000IU may result in reproductive hazards or birth defects. Before starting a vitamin A regime please consult with your physician.
