Chronic stress depletes the body of nutrients, particularly B vitamins which are used up faster during times of stress.

This herbal formula supplies generous amounts of B vitamins together with nutritive and calming herbs like schisandra, hops and passion flower to support a healthy nervous system.

Vitamin C, PABA, choline, inositol and bee pollen provide added nutritional support.

Folic Acid 125mcg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 34mg
Biotin 100mcg
Pantothenic Acid (d-calcium pantothenate) 80mg

Cellulose (plant fibre), di-calcium phosphate, schizandra fruit (Schisandra chinensis), stearic acid (vegetable), choline (bitartrate), inositol, silicon dioxide (powdered silica), Bee Pollen, Para Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA), magnesium stearate (vegetable), Lemon bioflavonoid, Hops flowers extract (Humulus lupulus), Passion Flower flowers extract (Passiflora incarnata) and Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis).
Directions
Adults:
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.

Helps to level out the day,I don't jump to quick assumptions or get agitated quick & think clearer focusing on one task at a time instead of jumping from task to task, not accomplishing anything. Have used it for years after finding out elementary teachers took it.
