Directions
Take two (2) to four (4) capsules daily with a meal.
Warning:Do not take if pregnant. This formula is non-addictive and safe in recommended dosages, however, excessive doses should be avoided. In cases of chronic constipation, the quantities consumed may be increased until comfort is obtained. If vomiting or bleeding occur at any dosage, cease taking immediately and consult your qualified health professional. LBS II is a lower bowel cleanser.

Great product and works wonders
This is my go to product and does the job of getting things moving, but unlike a laxative. It moves and clears out your intestines in a healthy solid way rather than flushing too fast and not getting the side walls if you know what I mean. I never leave home without it when traveling!

What the Irides show
when the Autonomic Nerve wreath is extended out from its normal zone, this is indicative of a sluggish digestion, an atonic state...as a result an accumulation of waste occurs, further taxing the kidney,liver, Gallbladder and often the pancreas should there be an emotional issue involved. When the stomach zone is showing signs of fermentation, one can see also signs of IBS. Usually these people because of their age have had this issue creep up on them over time, and one can imagine the discomfort all this causes, including mood swings.....The relief experienced on those who take it....and the amount of people today in this state, is why I do not hesitate in suggesting it.....i have been most familiar with Nature's Sunshine products for many years, there is nothing like having confidence in what one recommends, particularly when one knows the quality is there.

Fab product and wouldn't be without it in my cupboard
Love this product and have been using it for 2 years. It is gentle, effective and no cramping and no sudden need to go. It happens 'smoothly and easily' - pardon the pun. No other product compares to this one. It can be used in the worst of situations or blockages, or just when feeling bloated and sluggish. No side effects.

Natural, reliable and gentle
This product is a gentle way to become 'regular'. It was recommended by a practitioner, and I am feeling all the better for taking it regularly. NIght time dose only is enough for me. Feeling so much better now.

Natures Sunhine LBS11 capsules
This is probably the best capsules in the market, do the job very efficiently and profound bowel cleanse , a must have at home and travel.
