Storage Information:
Lypo-Spheric Acetyl L-Carnitine requires refrigeration for storage, but not during shipping. Do not freeze or place the product in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. If you open an individual packet and do not wish to consume all of the product, reseal the open packet in an airtight bag or plastic wrap and refrigerate until you're ready to take it, or up to 24 hours.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Not recommended to mix in hot beverages as it could damage the liposomes. Not recommended to blend in food processor or blender.
Caution:
Consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this and all supplements if you have epilepsy, severe depression or are bipolar, or if you take thyroid replacement hormones. Acetyl L-Carnitine may also cause disturbances to sleep, including highly vivid dreams, if taken within 6 hours of going to sleep. People who take Coumadin/Warfarin, Dicumarol or Acenocoumarol (Sintrom) should only take Acetyl L-Carnitine under the guidance of a doctor.
