Lifestream Vitamin C Acerola (previously Organic Vitamin C) is made from 100% natural vitamin C sourced from acerola. Each capsule provides 85mg of natural vitamin C.

Adults:
Take 2-3 capsules daily, ideally around mealtimes.
Children (6-12 years):
