Each 5mL contains:
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 5mL (derived from 2.5g dry root)
Other Ingredients: In a base of purified water and ethanol.
Contains No: Artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Directions
Adults and children over 12 yrs:
5mL up to three times daily or for sleep support 5 - 10mL in the evening.
Children 6 to 12 yrs:
1.5 - 2.5mL up to three times daily or for sleep support 1.5 - 5mL in the evening.
Take undiluted, or dilute in a small amount (30mL) of water or juice and drink immediately.
Caution: Always read the label and use it as directed. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Not to be used with other sedative medication.
