Jarrow Formulas Selenium Synergy is a unique and synergistic blend of Methylselenocysteine with Vitamins B2, E and Glucoraphanin.

This blend provides activated selenium in the form of Methylselenocysteine. The endogenous antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase needs this form of selenium for its activity in the body. Additionally, this synergistic blend contains glucoraphanin and vitamins B2 and E to give antioxidant support.

Glucoraphanin (from 75mg Broccoli Seed Extract) 10mg
(Brassica oleracea italica)
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source) and Silicon Dioxide. Capsule consists of Bovine Gelatin (BSE-free).
Contains Gelatin.
Contains No: Wheat, Gluten, Soybeans, Dairy, Egg, Fish/Shellfish, or Peanuts/Tree Nuts.
Take 1 capsule per day or every other day, or as directed by your qualified healthcare practitioner.
