Jarrow Formulas SAMe is the body's primary methyl donor and a central biochemical building block for various functions in the body.

200mg S-Adenosyl Methionine (from 400mg of SAMe Tosylate Disulfate)
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, mannitol, glyceryl behenate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycolate and an enteric coating (modified cellulose, magnesium silicate, triethyl citrate and riboflavin).
SAM-e 400mg:
400mg S-Adenosyl Methionine (from 800mg of SAMe Tosylate Disulfate)
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, glyceryl behenate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, mannitol, sodium starch glycolate, enteric coating (modified cellulose, magnesium silicate, triethyl citrate, riboflavin).
Contains No: Wheat, gluten, soybeans, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, or peanuts/tree nuts.
200mg Dosage:
Take 1 tablet 1 or 2 times per day on an empty stomach.
400mg Dosage:
Take 1 tablet per day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
Caution: Individuals using prescribed medications such as antidepressants, including Selective Serotonin Re-Uptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) and MAO Inhibitors should consult a physician before using this product. Individuals with Parkinson's disease, bi-polar disorder, or manic depression should not use SAMe. Do not use it if pregnant or nursing. Do not exceed the recommended intake. May cause gastrointestinal upset in some persons. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use.
