This complex of prebiotic fibre is designed to support the good bacteria in the gut by feeding and nourishing them. Xylooligosaccharides, in particular, have been found in scientific research, to support the growth of good bifidobacteria. A healthy balance of good bacteria in the digestive tract, in turn, supports digestive and immune system health.
