Description
Methylcobalamin (Methyl B-12) is better absorbed and utilised than other forms of B12. Vegetarians and vegans often require B12 supplementation.
Methyl B-12 is important for nerve tissue and brain cells, supports sleep, and converts (via methylation) homocysteine, an oxidising metabolite, back into the amino acid methionine.
