Jarrow Formulas K-Right is a blend of three forms of vitamin K (K1, MK-4 and MK-7) plus vitamin D3
- MK-7 naturally produced through bacterial fermentation.
- Free of gluten, dairy, soy and eggs.
Vitamin K1 is found naturally in greens such as spinach, while vitamin K2 is produced naturally by the gut bacteria and can also be naturally produced through fermentation (natto) using the beneficial bacteria Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto. This blend contains two forms of vitamin K2; MK-7 (menaquinone-7) which is a bioactive form that absorbs better than vitamin K1 from spinach and MK-4 (menaquinone-4). In addition, Vitamin D3 has also been added.
