Jarrow Formulas MK-7 contains 90mcg of natural vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) per capsule.

The bioactive natural form of vitamin K2 is known as menaquinone-7 and is naturally sourced from the fermented soy dish natto. The K2 is produced by the beneficial bacteria Bacillus subtilis subsp. natto.
Vitamin K2 has been shown to have a ten times better absorption compared with vitamin K1 from spinach. Vitamin K2 also has a longer half life in the body (at days) compared with K1 (at hours) and has been shown to be six times more active than K1.
Vitamin K2 is involved in blood clotting and is required for the carboxylation of certain proteins needed for bone building.
