Health House Saliva pH Test Strips are an easy way to test your saliva's pH and find out if your pH is at an optimum level for maximum health.

Description

With these Saliva pH Test Strips you can easily check your pH at home. For optimum health and immunity, your saliva pH should be between 6.8 and 7.0.

To avoid serious health disorders and maintain a neutral pH balance in your body, your Phosphorus intake should be less than your calcium intake.

To increase your calcium intake, try a quality Calcium Supplement or Deva Cal-Mag calcium products. GBX Green Barley is also great for alkalising the body.

How to use the Saliva Test Kit.

For best results, wait at least 30 minutes after eating or drinking, before taking the test.

Step 1: Swallow the saliva in your mouth and suck in fresh saliva.

Step 2: Place the yellow tip of the testing litmus strip in your mouth to soak in saliva for approx 10 to 20 seconds.

Step 3: Remove the strip from your mouth and briefly wait for the colour to stabilise.

Step 4: Match the colour to the colour chart supplied to determine your pH.
