Harmony Restore is a unique herbal formula designed to help with stress relief and exhaustion.
It can be taken either as a 10 week regime to restore vitality and aid in stress relief
OR
It can be taken as a maintenance dose of 1 tab per day for continued support with energy and wellbeing.
Description
Harmony Restore contains a number of herbs that have been traditionally used to improve energy levels, help to cope with stress better, and assist irritability and worry.
Two herbs, Holy Basil and Olive Fruit have been studied and shown to support:
  • Exhaustion
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Antioxidant protection of the skin

Harmony Restore contains:

  • Holy Basil to help relieve stress and exhaustion, and support sleep.
  • Ashwagandha to help with stress relief, act as a rejuvenating tonic, and help the body adapt to stressors.
  • Peony helps to nourish the body and assist energy levels.
  • Olive Fruit acts as an antioxidant and helps to protect the skin.

Ingrеdients
Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs:
Ocimum tenuiflorum whole plant (OciBest®) (Holy Basil) 6g
Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g
Withainia somnifera root (Ashwagandha) 1.5g
Olea europaea fruit (fresh) (Opextan®) 1g
Other Ingredients:
Includes these naturally derived excipients:
Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose (microcrystalline), Silica (colloidal anhydrous), Magnesium stearate. Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.

Contains No: Wheat, Gluten and Dairy.
Directions
As a 10 week restoration:
Weeks 1-6: Adults take 2 tablets daily.
Weeks 7-10: Adults take 1 tablet daily.

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

If taking any medications or if symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.

Discontinue use if you develop a sensitivity to the formula. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless professionally prescribed.
