Contains no yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy products, artificial colours or sweeteners.

Directions
Shake vigorously before use
Adults:
Take 10-20mls 3-4 times daily.
Child:
1/2 the adult dose.
Baby (over 1 year): 1/4 the adult dose.
Swill for 10 seconds before swallowing.

For best results use with a healthy balanced diet, regular exercise and adequate rest. East plenty of leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, Formula 1022 Rich Mineral Sea Salt and pure water.
Caution:
Not to be taken in pregnancy or lactation. Consult your healthcare practitioner if suffering a thyroid condition, taking blood thinners or blood pressure medication.

Hyperacidity.

easy gentle effective
this worked really well for me. i was feeling backed up and without changing anything in diet or lifestyle i started with the low recommended dose and slowly increased to the full amount and took daily until the bottle was done. this got me regular again and i’ve been maintaining with haritaki. will do this cleanse regularly on an as need or seasonal basis throughout the year.

Great Product the best and taken when you feel a sore throat coming on you will probably not get a full blown flu and an amzing energy boost and intestinal cleanse which gets rid of them with those product. Amazing product.
