Harker Herbals 951 Joint Support (Jointnurse) has been formulated especially to support mobility, repair and comfort for healthy joints.
The herbs and pure plant oils in this elixir specifically support flexibility and comfort and may help in the elimination of hard calcic deposits.
This formula also contains celtic sea salt which is rich in cell nutrients.

Contains no yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy products, artificial colours or sweeteners.
Adults:
Take 5-10ml 3-4 times per day before meals. Swill for 10 seconds before swallowing.
Dietary advice:
Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar and dairy.
Adopt - leafy greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, Celtic & NZ Sea Salt and oxygen-rich water.
Precautionary Advice:
To accustom to product take a ¼ to ½ dose for the first 2 or 3 days.
Medication: If taking prescription medication with this product reduce dose by 1/2 and take 20 minutes before drugs (to avoid nausea).
Drug Compatibility:

Breastfeeding and post-surgery:
1/4 - 1/2 dose, 2-3 times daily.
Caffeine: Avoid caffeinated beverages for 20 minutes before and after dose.
If nausea or other reactions occur, discontinue use and consult your medical practitioner.
