Black Cohosh Root 125 mg
Vervain 111.11 mg
Sage 97.22 mg
Hop Flowers 83.33 mg, Angelica Root 69.44 mg
Motherwort Leaf 55.55 mg
Marshmallow Root 41.66 mg
Blue Cohosh Root 41.66 mg
Manuka Leaf 41.66 mg
Kelp 16.66 mg
Kumarahou Flower 13.88 mg
Cayenne Pepper Fruit 6.25 mg
Ginger Root 6.25 mg
Licorice Root 1.73 mg
Essential oils:
Rosemary, Clary Sage, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger and Mace 0.001 ml each
Eugenol 0.002 ml
Iodine 0.83 mcg
Other Ingredients: In a base of Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
Directions
Shake vigorously before use.
Adults: 5-10ml, 3-4 times daily. Swill dose for 10 seconds before swallowing.

Excellent product
I have entered the menopause years and was experiencing frequent hot flushes, keeping me awake at night. In the summer months it was difficult to put up with all the time. I've been taking Feminurse for three weeks now and the flushes have been reduced to one or two a day and very mild at that. I will continue to take this tonic for a while longer, has helped tremendously.
