Harker Herbals 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp contains 84 known mineral and trace elements and is highly prized. It is also naturally iodised.
Description
Nutrient rich, this salt helps to improve nutrient absorption from food and provides exceptional flavour to savoury dishes.
It's grey tone comes from magnesium chloride and salt-pan clay-base. The certified organic kelp is from the South Island of New Zealand and the NZ sea salt is sourced from Kaikoura. The Celtic sea salt is of the highest grade and is sourced from Normandy.

Directions
Add to foods after cooking and in salads, fruit and vegetable drinks.
As a general tonic to all body systems stir 1/2 to 1 teaspoon in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of lukewarm water and take before meals.
To benefit general heart and blood pressure health: A pinch may also be taken straight throughout the day.
To soothe skin rashes or eczema: add to hot water and wash the area.
To boost nutrient content of pot plants: add 1/4 teaspoon to 5 litres of water once every three months (warning: Do not try this with regular table salt - your plants will die).

I bless the day i first decided to 'try and buy' this salt as i was concerned about what was being offered to us on Supermarket shelves.
This salt is all pure and natural, and lends a new dimension of taste to the meal....and good for us!

Just Love this salt!
My food taste so good with this salt. The kelp is not over powering, nor in smell or taste. Melts in your mouth, brings out the flavours in food.Will buy again.
