Harker Herbals Bruise & Muscle Rub (previously Bruise Cream (1025)) is a fast-acting cream with high-strength arnica.
- Ideal for sports massage, and everyday knocks and bumps.
- Suitable for anyone over 1 year of age.
Bruise Cream helps to cool and soothe the skin. With the soothing properties of arnica, aloe vera gel, and menthol, this cream is an excellent sports rub that can be applied after strenuous exercise to revive tired and strained muscles, or knocks and bumps.
Apply to elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles as required to soothe. An ideal therapeutic cream for massage as it glides well, especially with water-moistened hands.
Avoid sensitive areas. May also be applied liberally and suitably covered with a bandage, for all-day support. Easily washes off in warm water.

Essential Oil Blend (Eucalyptus, Mustard, Peppermint, Pine, Olive, Rosemary and Wintergreen)
Other Ingredients: A natural paraben-free base of olive oil, glycerin, xanthan gum, acacia gum, purified water, sweet almond oil, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, shea nut butter, sodium stearate, sodium cetylphosphate, phenoxyethanol with purified water and de-natured ethanol.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not apply to broken skin. We recommend a skin patch test before wider application to check for sensitivity to the formulation. Safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
