Worth its weight in gold
CoQ10 with fish oil has been a great benefit for my wife. I found this product on R2H after a lot of research and it is combined fish oil which enhances uptake. After 6 months my wife had a break from the CoQ10 and her health status reverted to her pre CoQ10 level; breathlessness, generalised aches and fatigue. R2H CoQ10 plus fish oil really works to enhance quality of life but should be used under the supervision of a health practitioner, especially if there are any co-morbid illnesses. This product is worth its weight in gold.
