Directions
Adults:
Take 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily (mixed in with half a glass of milk or water), preferably on an empty stomach or as professionally advised. Refrain from eating or taking other supplements for 20 minutes after taking Colostrum.
Children 3-12 years old:
Take half a teaspoonful 1 to 2 times daily or as professionally advised.

I love this product!
I actually brought this product as a treat, as I love just eating it straight from the jar!! I use to love powdered milk as a child and this reminds me of that time. I cannot buy all the time as I will just eat more than I need each day, cannot help myself! No adverse affect, do not feel any different, just satisfied Ha! YUM! Pure product
