The recommended dose is 800 IU per day, although doses up to 3000 mg/day have been taken by some individuals with known deficiency. Deva Vitamin D2 is available in 800 IU
Indications for Vitamin D supplementation:
- People older than 50 yrs - they are greater risk of developing a deficiency.
- People with limited sun exposure, especially if homebound or located in Northern Latitudes.
- People with dark skin - they need more sun to get adequate vitamin D than lighter skinned people.
- Anyone who is obese with a BMI greater than 30 - these people are often vitamin D deficient.

Have been using this for a few years as I've been a vegan for over 10 years now. My GP is pleased with my Vitamin D2 levels.

(Vegan Vitamin D) Great product, smooth to deal with, fast delivery, competitive price.
I have been using the product for a week or two now because I felt "sluggish" being vegan in winter can be a slight challenge ;-) , it seems to be working :-) ...
I initially went to health food shops but they did not have vegan compatible products so went on line, probably now will never even bother to go try a street shop, why would a supposedly conscientious person stock non Vegan if cost effective quality product was available that is Vegan complaint

Excellent
If you are vegan or vegetarian you probably don't want to know where some manufacturers source their D2. The Deva brand has no such murky background and i highly recommend their D2 for maintaining your levels of this essential vitamin.

Proven by my blood test to have improved my vitamin D levels
Deva vitamin d has greatly improved my vitamin d levels. Also I choose this product as it's vegan which is very important to me.
