Metro / Urban Addresses
Orders $0-99: charged by Weight
Orders over $99: Standard = $5, Express = $10
Orders over $125: Standard = $Free, Express = $5
 

Country Addresses ( VIC/NSW/QLD Country ) 
Orders over $125: Standard = $5, Express = $10
Orders over $199: Standard = $Free, Express = $5
 

Remote Addresses (TAS , SA country, WA country, NT , Islands, Antarctic ) 
Charged by weight and discounted by order value

( i.e. the more you spent over $99 - the more it is discounted ) 

• Both Auspost Courier services are a better choice than standard tracked mail as they are sent through a commercial channel instead of the standard postal system.
• Auspost Courier Orders are sent daily except Western Australia, which is currently sent 3 times a week.
• Auspost Courier orders can be easily redirected through MyPost or by contacting Auspost with the tracking number ( we cannot do that on your behalf once it has left us )

• A fully tracked mail service, sometimes slowed because it can take longer to process through customs and is sent through the standard postal service (as opposed to Aus post Courier and DHL).
• Tracked Mail Orders are sent daily except Western Australia, which is currently sent 3 times a week.
• Tracked mail shipments cannot be easily redirected.

Orders shipped via DHL Express are delivered within 1–2 business days (usually overnight) to metro areas (longer to country and remote areas) and sent daily.  

Over 70% of addresses in Australia are considered metro, including most central suburbs in Australia’s largest cities, including Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart. We have very few delays with DHL.
