The fastest way to get a response usually is to email us through this page or to click the support/chat button in the bottom right. Often staff can reply to queries outside of ours without being concerned about calling you at an inappropriate time. 


While we do our best to have someone answer your call, we are currently quite overloaded with enquiries and orders and may not be able to respond to your call by way of a voice call quickly. 

Naturopaths: While we have qualified naturopaths on staff, and we can advise on the safety of our products in relation to some medications and other products; we cannot substitute the advice of your local doctor or health practitioner.  We can not ( and will not ) advise you in relation to any product's efficacy relating to Covid-19. Please follow your country's proper protocols.
