Directions
Colloidal Copper 110ml and 500ml Liquid:
Adults:
Take 1 teaspoon 3 times per day for 5 days, then 1 teaspoon once per day.
Children:
Half the adult dose.
Drink several glasses of water each day.
No known side effects or interactions with medication when taken at the recommended dose.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: No known problems when taken at the recommended dose.

Designed for topical use on the hair and skin. Apply as required.
Caution:
Those with high blood levels of iron should not take copper supplements.

Copper is often touted as the bad guy, unless of course you need it. Copper helps with maintaining estrogen so a woman in her 40's onwards might need it. Copper helps fight microbes. Copper helps in collagen formation. Copper helps the body absorb iron. Copper helps with eyesight. Copper helps the adrenals and the thyroid. Copper is compromised by vitamin C intake and Zinc, among other things. I have taken moderate dosed of Vitamin C most of my life, as many people do. I find this brand of copper the best. I've tried capsules which harmed my stomach, and I've tried another colloidal brand too but it was much weaker. I love The Copper Solution as it is comfortable in my body and helpful to me in all the ways listed above. I noted after I started taking copper that my sleep also improved. Worth continuing with.

Real winner of product
slowly turns hair ungrey and expect better softer skin after a while. I find best results with lots of Vitamin C

Wifey has slowed botox down to a third of her normal injection rates , this supports your skin which needs to be treated from the inside. My skin looks great fo my age and its been noticed.
