This cooling and fast-acting cream supports recovery from daily knocks, accidents, niggles, sports strains, and stresses, as well as the effects from exertion, exercise, and wear and tear on the muscles and joints.
Arnica's powerful actions combine with glucosamine for supporting joint maintenance and menthol for its cooling and soothing properties.
Traumitane Recovery Action Cream supports:

Each ml contains:
Arnica montana oil infused flower 11 mg
Menthol 53 mg
Glucosamine sulphate 5.5 mg
Other Ingredients: Purified aqua, cetosteayl alcohol, dimethicone, paraffin, peppermint oil, emulsifying wax, cetrimide, phenoxyethanol, 1,2-octanediol, macrogol 400.
After an injury or strenuous exercise apply Traumitane ice-cooling recovery cream straight away into the affected area and surrounding areas, 3 times a day and especially at night.
Caution: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use it on broken skin. Keep Traumitane Recovery Action out of reach of children. For children under 5 years, pregnant and lactating women, consult your doctor or pharmacist first. Do not use Traumitane Recovery Action if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed.
