This multi-vitamin and mineral formula has been specially designed to suit the daily nutritional requirements of New Zealand women and teenage girls. Higher amounts of B vitamins have been added to support healthy daily stress and energy needs. Antioxidants (vitamins, minerals, and turmeric) provide support for healthy ageing as well as connective tissue and skin health. Plus minerals to support thyroid and hormonal health.

Caution: Peak Performance Women’s Multi is well tolerated at the level recommended. Exercise caution in individuals with gallbladder dysfunction as Curcumin may cause gallbladder contractions similar to those experienced with a fatty meal. Not to be taken when on blood thinning medication without medical advice. Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding at the recommended dose.
