Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 700mg

Directions
Recommended Adult Dosage:
Take one level teaspoonful in water or juice 1-2 times daily.
Enhanced Dosage (for short term adult use only):
Day 1-3: take 1 level teaspoonful in water or juice every 2-3 hours during waking hours*
*Monitor dosage in accordance with bowel tolerance.
Day 4-7: Take 2 level teaspoonfuls twice or three times daily.
After Day 7: Return to recommended adult dosage or as directed by your health professional.
Caution:
This product may cause bowel looseness.
If you are on any other medication, please consult your health professional before taking this product. If symptoms persist or you have any side effects please contact your health professional.
Do not take high doses of vitamin C if you have a gastric ulcer or ulcerative colitis.

I have no prior experience with Vitamin C powder, but I like the ease of use and flavor. I thought the item was coming from a distributor in the US, but it took longer since actually coming from NZ.

Just love this powdered C
As far as Powdered C goes this is wonderful, less acidic than just ascorbic acid and I find that the sodium ascorbate is gentler on the tummy. As long as Return2Health keeps stocking this item I will keep buying it. The bottle comes with a dual measuring spoon, one side for 1/2 spoon and the other for 1 teaspoon. Taste great too! No artifical flavouring or colours. Naturallly if you take to much you will get the runs just means you have reached bowel tolerance so cut back and enjoy the health benefits.Return2Health provide me with good customer service and have really good courier service to Australia which takes 3-4 days normally for me. Thanks!

Best Vitamin C Powder!
This Vitamin C powder is easy to take and since it is in powder form you can control the amounts you have. Great immune and energy booster for me. Smells fresh and has a nice taste that is not over powered by stevia like others.Return2Health provide me with good customer service and love that the freight is free for over $80 spend,as I usually spent over this anyway, and the courier service is easy to track and is very fast indeed, Thanks!
