Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 750 mg
Vitamin C (from sodium ascorbate) (equiv Sodium 33mg) 250 mg
Citrus bioflavonoid complex (standardised to 35mg hespiridin) 100 mg
Rutin 100 mg
Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin) 7 mg
Other ingredients: Maltodextrin, natural flavouring, thaumatin and xanthan gum.
No Added: Yeast, artificial colours or preservatives.
Suitable for vegans.

Directions
Adults & adolescents over 13yrs: Take one (1) rounded teaspoon daily (5ml).
Children (9-13 years): Take ½ a teaspoon daily.
Children (4-8 years): Take 1/4 a teaspoon daily.
Can be mixed in water or juice.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Caution: Vitamin C is generally well tolerated at the recommended levels. In some sensitive individuals, bowel looseness may occur as a result of high dosing.

Lifesaver
Having a very bad case of flu and spending a week in hospital my daughter put me onto Ester C 2000 I started taking it once I was home and almost immediately my flu like symptoms became almost non exixtent. very pleasant to take as well not like some vitaminC.
