Directions

Absolutely brilliant!
Been using this for over a 100 hours of my cycling training and racing. I can safely say that this is the best electrolyte product I've used to date.
Due to lack of sugar, It leaves no sticky residue in the water bottle, on the bike frame or my face/hands.
I am almost through my first bottle and about to order a second one.
Can't recommend this highly enough!

Love it! Just what the doctor ordered - literally!!
When my cardiologist advised that I needed to supplement my hydration to improve my blood pressure or give up the gym the choice was a no-brainer but I struggled with the concept of using traditional 'sugar filled' sports drinks. There are several other versions out there that are better than the normal 'Powerade' or something but all of them are still heavily flavoured or natural sugar filled and carb loaded.... I like water, I don't want to spend my day drinking 'berry flavoured anything'... I was so excited to find the Elete brand of products - Citrilyte is the 'flavoured' version, but its so minimal it really does taste like I had a slice of lemon in there and I love that. My main goal was to find a tasteless, sugar free, carb free, filler free supplement that will improve my medical situation and I noticed an instant difference when I found this. Its great for water bottles and things because I don't have to worry about washing it daily to combat the sugar, I also got hold of the little travel dropper that the company puts out and I carry it everywhere with me and with only about 15 drops needed for my water bottle the value for money can't be beat! My cardiologist is very happy with my new blood tests and I am definitely going to carry on purchasing this product and the other options provided by the brand because its the most complete and cleanest version of an electrolyte supplement that I have found - and its tasteless!! :)
