Description
The minerals and trace elements in this product are 100% naturally sourced from the Dead Sea. They contain up to 72 naturally occurring minerals and trace elements and nearly equal amounts of magnesium and zinc to support exercise performance and recovery.
Unlike other electrolyte products, this contains no added sugars so you can choose the number of carbohydrates you consume.
Roles of the Major Electrolytes:

Directions
Add 2.5ml (1/2 tsp) of Elite to every litre of water consumed. Add lemon for taste preference.

Great Product!
Great product. I have been using it for 6 years and find that it’s one of the most effective for [condition removed]. My preferred “dose" is a few drops in all water and other cold drinks, especially in the afternoon and evening and also during workouts

Elete Electrolye - game changer
The first few years of me starting my domestic mowing run in Queenslands summer heat, I was consuming about 5 - 6 bottles of Gatorade and/Staminade to hydrate me. This quenched my thirst but at night I was cramping badly plus I seemed to be putting weight on around my stomach. During a talk with a lady in a Health shop one day, she mentioned I should give away the Gatorade as it was full of sugar and did nothing to replace those salts and minerals lost during sweating. She gave me some Elete Electrolyte liquid to try instead. This changed everything for me. No more cramps, no more fat around my stomach. All I now use for daily drinks is water mixed with no added sugar cordial plus a dozen or so drops of Electrolyte solution. Problem solved.

I feel amazing
Honestly I adore this stuff. I have adrenal fatigue and thyroid issues and am depleted from a limited diet and breastfeeding. My potassium levels were extremely low. I started these drops and there was an immediate difference, I feel so much more relaxed. It's simple to add them to a days worth of water and drink frequently.

Has Stopped All Cramping
Having started a mowing run several years ago, I suffered badly from leg cramps - probably because I was only drinking water during those hot Queensland days. When my Chiropractor suggested I try Elete drops for my drinks, I started using them. I now drink fruit drink concentrate (sugar free) mixed with water and with added Elete drops. No more cramps. It is obviously doing what it is supposed to do. This is pretty good stuff.

A really great product
My athletics training means I have to replace electrolytes regularly but i don't want a lot of sugar and artificial flavorings. Elete Electrolytes are the answer. It's also very economical

Good Product
All parts of the process were great. Time between order & dispatch was minimal. Product itself is great with clear instructions on amounts needed etc.
