Rescue Remedy contains a unique blend of five Bach Flower Remedies:

  • Clematis
  • Rock Rose
  • Impatiens
  • Cherry Plum
  • Star of Bethlehem

Originally created by Dr. Bach in the 1930's, Rescue Remedy was traditionally used for feelings of tension, stress & worry. It was given to provide a sense of calm and focus.

Ingrеdients

200µL/mL (equivalent to 20µg/mL of fresh plant) of each:

  • Rock Rose (Helianthemum nummularium) tincture
  • Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera) tincture
  • Clematis (Clematis vitalba) tincture
  • Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum) tincture
  • Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) tincture

Contains ethanol. 
Contains homeopathic ingredients.
Contains No: artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
Suitable for vegans.

Made by the original Bach methods.

Directions

Put 4 drops directly on the tongue or add 4 drops to water and sip at intervals. Repeat as necessary.

This for me is a "must have - all the time" product - handy to have at home and in my handbag for any situation that can cause stress ... afew quick doses and some deep breathing - and my nervous system feels restored ... Rescue Remedy takes the edge off for sure.

Great for physical or emotional trauma
Have been using Rescue Remedy for many years. Can be used topically on the affected area or taken internally .Great for emotional calming in traumatic situations .

Love this product .
I had used this before and then recently had to buy for my daughter. It has really helped her anxiety! The only drawback is that it is quite pricey for such a small amount.

Very effective
I'd never used Bach flower remedies prior to purchasing Rescue Remedy, and wasn't sure whether to believe it was effective or not. But after using it, I am definitely convinced. As a uni student who is stressed pretty much constantly, and has been going through a thought time over the last few months, Rescue Remedy has helped me calm down from panic attacks and also helped me get to sleep when I couldn't seem to turn my brain off! It works very well. Great price and shipped promptly. I love it.
