6. Fish Oil.
Here fishy, fishy. Here fishy, fishy. Nutrition experts have stated that cold water fish and shellfish are the best natural sources of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid). These two essential fatty acids provide several benefits to your body, including your skin. Our skin cells are covered with cell membranes. These cell membranes hold fluid inside and make the cells plump and healthy. Consuming insufficient amounts of essential fatty acids can mess up this balance and compromise the integrity of the cell walls. This can make your skin sag and look old. Essential fatty acids can also help with cellulite and acne and have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body. Just be careful where you get, buy, or catch (if you catch one) your fish, okay? Heavy metals and other harmful substances can accumulate in those fish and slowly poison you.

7. Organic meats and eggs.

8. Tomatoes.
If you like tomatoes, then you like lycopene. Lycopene is an amazing antioxidant! It hunts down free radicals on your skin keeping it damage free and helping to combat premature aging of the skin. Lycopene is the carotenoid which gives tomatoes and carrots their typical red colour. A recent study also suggests that tomato paste may actually protect you from sunburn. This can be done by eating the tomato paste, and not applying it on your skin. That's yucky.

9. Apples.
Apple peel is abundant in quercetin, a powerful antioxidant. It protects you from ultraviolet radiation given to you by the sun. Varieties which are especially rich in quercetin are Golden Delicious and Cortland. So when you go to the beach this summer, remember to pack some apples in your basket. But you still need to bring your sunscreen, okay? -
10. Red Chilli Peppers.
Do you love chilli in your food? You're in luck, you may already have plenty of this particular ingredient in your system. In addition to stimulating your metabolism before a workout, chilli can do wonders for your skin too. The US FDA has actually approved the active ingredient capsaicin in red chilli peppers for applying topically to relieve pain brought about by rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, osteoarthritis and shingles. Furthermore, capsaicin reduces inflammation on your skin, reducing swelling and redness. As a result, your skin looks fresh and vibrant. Try sprinkling some cayenne pepper over your dinner tonight. But only if you love spicy foods!
