
Ingredients
1.5 C dessicated coconut
1.5 C sunflower seeds
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C cacao powder
3 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
pinch of salt
Method
- Add the coconut and sunflower seeds into a food processor or blender. Mix until the mixture is half nut butter, half flour consistency.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Line a tin with baking paper. Press the mixture into the tin, flatten with the back of a spoon.
- Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
- Cut into slices. This can be kept in an airtight container in the freezer.
