INGREDIENTS
1 C coconut butter
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp orange extract
Juice of 1 orange
Grated orange zest (1/2 tsp)
A pinch of sea salt

METHOD
- Melt the coconut butter and oil in a small pot, make sure this is on low heat.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the pot and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a small rectangular slice container.
- Place container in fridge.
- When the fudge has hardened, cut into squares.
A high-fat but low sugar fudge that is a sweet treat to satisfy!
