Ingredients:

- 2 scoops vanilla or plain protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3-4 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 4 slices of whole wheat or gluten free bread
Toppings of your choices:
- Lemon juice and honey
- Fresh berries
- 100% fruit jam with no added sugar
- Mashed bananas and dark chocolate
- 100% Maple syrup
Method:
- Mix eggs, protein powder, cinnamon and milk in a large bowl and whisk until blended
- Soak each piece of bread in the mixture for around 30 seconds
- Add a nob of butter to a frying pan on a medium heat. Cook each side of the bread until its slightly firm
- Add your topping of choice and serve.
