Mint Chocolate Ice Block

INGREDIENTS


½ Avocado

4 fresh medjool dates, pitted

3 Tbsp cacao powder

350ml coconut cream

150ml beef bone broth

4-6 drops edible peppermint oil

1 Tbsp honey


METHOD


1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.


2. Pour into ice block moulds and freeze for 6 to 8 hours. If you have no ice block lids with sticks and plan to use wooden ice block stick, freeze the mixture for 2 hours before inserting the ice block sticks and then return to the freezer for another 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
