Hemp Protein & Cacao Energy Balls

INGREDIENTS



1/2 C hemp flour
2 Tbsp hemp protein
1/4 C almond butter
2 Tbsp maple syrup OR/ honey
1/4 C cacao powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil

Coatings:



1 Tbsp raspberry powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp desiccated coconut

METHOD



  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and process until well mixed and smooth.
  2. Combine the decorating ingredients in a separate small bowl.
  3. Roll the protein ball mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and then roll in decorating mixture and coat well.
  4. Place on a baking paper lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
