Halloumi Chips

Ingredients


250g halloumi, cut into 1/2 cm slices

1-2 tsp coconut oil

Method


  1. In a frying pan heat the coconut oil and cook the slices over a medium heat for about 3-5 minutes per side. (They can also be baked in the oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 20 minutes or until crispy.)


Serving ideas: Serve with salsa, guacamole or as part of a mediterranean platter with olives.
